Dispatch and Delivery

1. We have a flat rate Delivery fee for each country. If you wish know the delivery charges that apply before placing your order then contact us and provide us with your country and we can let you know the charge.

2. Delivery time after collection from us depends on courier & location. Should you need any item for a specific date please contact us prior to purchase to confirm we can get it to you in time

3. No liability will be attached to HR23+ if delivery periods or dates are not met for any reason.

5. Claims for non-delivery must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of the invoice date.

6. Claims for damaged goods on delivery must be notified to HR23+ within 24 hours by email. Will will ask you for your order number ID.

7. Claims for discrepancies of any goods delivered must be notified to HR23+ within 24 hours by email stating the nature of the discrepancy of the goods received.
