We ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and selected countries from Europe, Africa, Asia, and South America.

Dispatch and Delivery

1. We have a flat rate Delivery fee for each country. All shipping rates are displayed on a drop down menu on the checkout page.

2. Delivery time after collection from us depends on courier and location. Should you need any item for a specific date please contact us prior to purchase to confirm we can get it to you in time

3. No liability will be attached to HR23+ if delivery periods or dates are not met for any reason.

5. Claims for non-delivery must be notified to us in writing within 14 days of the invoice date. [email protected]

6. Claims for damaged goods on delivery must be notified to HR23+ within 24 hours of receiving the order. Will will ask you for your order number ID.

7. Claims for discrepancies of any goods delivered must be notified to HR23+ by an email stating the nature of the discrepancy of the goods received.

All international orders (outside the United Kingdom) are tracked. Customers are provided with a unique tracking number after shipment.
